Role Overview: Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at our Hammersmith Broadway location, you’ll help lead a high-energy team while ensuring that every guest has a great experience. From making sure operations run smoothly to motivating staff and maintaining safety standards, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running and our customers happy.

This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, leadership potential, and a love for donuts, coffee, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities as Shift Manager

Lead and support the team during shifts to deliver excellent guest experiences

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure health & safety compliance
• Motivate and train team members on Dunkin’s service standards
• Assist with inventory, product quality, and cleanliness checks
• Maintain a fun, friendly, and efficient work environment
• Represent Dunkin’ values through consistent professionalism and positivity

Skills & Experience Required

• No prior management experience required—full training is provided
• A can-do attitude and a passion for people and food service
• Strong sense of accountability, honesty, and integrity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
• A focus on getting it right the first time and delivering with a smile

Shift Pattern & Pay

• £12.30 – £13.00 per hour
• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Opportunities to pick up overtime in surrounding stores
