Revolut’s Sales Graduate Programme is a launchpad for ambitious, driven individuals who are excited to begin a rewarding career in fintech sales. No previous experience required—just curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn fast.

You’ll begin with a hands-on bootcamp, learning directly from top performers through workshops, lectures, and real-world training. Then, you’ll hit the ground running—working directly with customers, generating leads, and building key relationships that help shape the future of digital finance.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Graduate

  • Proactively reach out to new prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
  • Develop tailored lead-sourcing strategies to target key industries and segments
  • Maintain high levels of outbound activity to expand Revolut Business adoption
  • Build lasting customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams
  • Present product solutions using a value-driven, consultative approach
  • Become an expert on Revolut Business products and market positioning

Skills & Experience Requirer

Recent or upcoming university graduate (2024 or 2025)

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident speaker with strong telephone and email outreach abilities
  • Passion for sales, finance, and working in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a high-performance culture

Bonus Points For

  • Internship or experience in sales, consulting, or other fast-paced environments
  • Exposure to client-facing or analytical roles
  • Knowledge or interest in the fintech or banking sector
